Hope
This Sunday we're looking forward to hearing from Pastor Jason Brooks, who will be speaking to us about Hope, from Exodus 13:17-18. Jason says; "New beginnings can be positive, negative, challenging, enriching. When God led the Israelites out of Egypt it was a new beginning for them. However, He did not lead them straight to the Promised Land. Exodus 13:17-18 states that because of the probability of war with the Philistines, God led the Israelites by the way of the wilderness. We can have our ideas about what new beginnings will or should look like, but God leads by His will and in His way. God knows us better than we know ourselves and knows what we can and can't handle. We can trust and hope in Him."
