Mike says: "Ever been to a sporting match and been offended by "that feral supporter" - usually of the other team. Our team's supporters are always much more reasonable....or so it seems. What's happening in that feral supporter? They've seen something, interpreted it through the lens of their team's success, and let fly if anything has challenged that. They're not really concerned for the ref, or the other team, or other fans. It's all about them and their right to protest injustice against their sacred team. I wonder if we might often be like that supporter. Maybe we're not as feral, but we all tend to look at life through the lens of what works for me. What might it mean to get a new set of lenses? What might life look like through the lens of the thoughts or feelings of another? Are we developing that new set of lenses? Are we overdue for a visit to the optometrist?"
