Nehemiah 2, part 2
Anthony brings us the latest message in our new sermon series on Nehemiah. He says: "Do you recall the familiar slogan for WorkSafe? "Spot the Hazard, Assess the Risk, & Make the Changes." While it may have seemed a bit cliché, it was actually a straightforward & applicable approach to handling work-related incidents. Interestingly, we can draw a parallel to our spiritual lives. Spot the Hazard, Assess the Risk, & Make the Changes. The challenge is that we often struggle to be honest when it comes to identifying the hazards in our lives, & then tend to underestimate the risk. And if we do recognize the hazard, we often resist making changes. This Sunday we explore how Nehemiah handles this spiritual WORKSAFE scenario."
